Shipping and Returns Information
Mellor North dispatches all orders from Sydney, Australia.
We do not have a shopfront and our warehouse does not allow pickups in person.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all orders to Australian addresses.
Australia Post Regular Post or Fastway may be utilised, depending on the weight of the parcel and your postcode.
Priority Shipping
Australia Post Express Post or Fastway may be utilised, depending on your postcode.
Unfortunately, during the pandemic we’re unable to provide accurate delivery time estimates. When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information from us. If you’re in WA or NT and use Standard Shipping, it’s not unusual for the first tracking event to not appear until one week or more after your order leaves Sydney.
International Delivery
We use express air mail services for deliveries outside Australia. The price of delivery depends on your location and the weight of your order. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that during the pandemic international delivery options are very slow and very limited.
Out of Stock / Back Ordered Products
We aim to hold enough stock of all products when they're needed, but sometimes we may run out of stock of specific items. In most cases this only lasts a day or two, but this may delay your order. If this occurs, we will contact you.
Returns
Returns of printed textbooks for change of mind are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Books must be in new (unopened and unused) condition.
Email sales@mellornorth.com for a Return Authorisation prior to returning books. Print a copy of the Return Authorisation and include it with your returned order. A refund of the purchase price less postage charges and a 15% restocking fee will be processed through your original payment method. Returns of Digital Editions are assessed on a case-by-case basis with our obligations limited to those guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law.
